What's new on DRXP: October 5–14

Everything we changed on drxp.shop between Monday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 14. Lots of it is about partner pages — the homes our streamers and artists have on the shop.

The big five

1. Four new partner pages, each built around the partner: a sweet shop, an ocean dive, a frost prince and an ink sketchbook.
2. Partners can set up their own page. Their colours, banner, profile picture, gallery, TikToks, YouTube videos and Twitch streams — live the moment they save.
3. A faster site on phones, and Safari on iPhone behaves.
4. Easier shopping. Look at a piece without leaving a partner's page, and the cart works out shipping for where you are.
5. One smart form to join. Creators, artists and art studios all apply in one place.

New partner pages

• KatsuRiot — a sweet shop with her video up top, a twirling chibi, sweets falling as you scroll, and her streams and TikToks in pastry boxes. Everyone
• Midz — an ocean dive from the sunlit surface down to the abyss, with his streams along the way. Everyone
• Hyungsshi — a frost-prince page with his streams, clips, Shorts and TikToks, and a little surprise switch. Everyone
• Artuntum — an ink sketchbook where the only colour on the page is his art. Everyone
• Pages follow their partner. If a partner changes their name or address, their page goes with them and old links still work. Everyone

Partners set up their own page

Every partner can now build their page from their DrXp Dash, under My page, with a live preview beside the form.

• Their own colours. Start from one of eight colour sets, then change any of six colours. The whole page follows — background, menu bar, cards and buttons. Partners
• Banner and profile picture, each its own upload, with control over what stays in view. Partners
• A gallery of up to 10 pictures, in the order they choose. Partners
• Their videos. Up to 8 TikToks and 8 YouTube videos, best first, playing right on the page. Partners
• Twitch streams by themselves. Add a Twitch link and their latest streams and clips appear on their page and stay up to date. Partners
• Live as soon as they save. No waiting — changes show on their page straight away. Partners
• It keeps working on custom pages. Partners with a page we built for them can still add pictures and change their videos, and it shows up there too. Partners

Shop and hire, one profile

• Shop merch / Hire for art. Partners who also take commissions have one switch at the top of their page that slides between their shop and their DrXp Alley profile. Everyone
• Artists get a page from day one. An artist without a custom page gets one built from their Alley profile, with their portfolio as the art. Artists

Shopping

• Preview a piece in place. Tap a product on a partner's page and it opens right there, with sizes, colours and Add to cart. "See full details" goes to the full product page. Clients
• Shipping for where you are. The cart works out your country and shows shipping for it, and you can change it in one tap. Clients
• Shipping at cost, everywhere we ship. You pay what shipping costs us — no markup — in the US, Canada and Europe. Clients
• The Shop button goes to the shop. On partner pages, the Shop button in their menu takes you straight to their products. Clients

Faster and smoother

• A lighter homepage on phones — it loads about a third of the pictures it used to. Everyone
• Smaller, sharper fonts that load faster. Everyone
• Safari on iPhone: pages no longer slide sideways when you scroll, and partner pages stay smooth. Everyone
• Animations On / Off. A switch at the bottom of every page, and the site turns heavy effects down by itself on slower phones. Everyone
• Steadier when it's busy. The site rides out sudden traffic spikes far better, instead of showing an error page. Everyone

Joining DRXP

• One smart form at drxp.shop/apply. It changes with your answers, whether you're a content creator, an artist, an art studio, or bringing an artist to make merch with. Artists
• Art studios welcome. Several artists making merch under one name can now apply as a studio. Artists
• Your links do the work. The account links you give when you apply fill your partner page once you're accepted. Artists
• Pick your path. The homepage now starts with three ways in: shop, hire an artist, or join. Everyone

For partners in the DrXp Dash

• Art library. Upload your original art once, at full size (up to 12,000 pixels and 100 MB a file), tag what it's for, and see what we're doing with each piece. Big working files can go in as a Drive or Dropbox link. Partners
• Your art folder. Once we save your art for you, a link to your own Google Drive folder appears in your library. Partners

DrXp Alley

• Bigger looks at examples. Hovering a service's example pops it up large beside the card. Clients
• Duplicate a service. Artists can copy a service as a draft to make a variation in seconds. Artists
• Portfolio pop. Portfolio pieces lift with a quick gold glow as you hover. Everyone
