At DRXP.SHOP, most products are created specifically after an order is placed.
We use print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment partners, including independent production partners, to manufacture and ship many of our products.
This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy explains how production, shipping, delivery, replacements, returns, and refunds work when you purchase from DRXP.SHOP.
DRXP.SHOP is operated by EP Portfolio, LLC, doing business as DRXP.SHOP (“DRXP,” “DRXP.SHOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- Regardless of which production provider manufactures your order, DRXP.SHOP is your point of contact for customer service concerning purchases made directly through drxp.shop.
- Nothing in this Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

1. Quick Policy Summary
- Most DRXP products are made to order.
- Typical production takes approximately 2–7 business days, although some orders may take longer.
- Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins after your product has completed production and been handed to the carrier.
- For many standard U.S. shipments, carrier transit may take approximately 2–5 business days after production.
- International shipping to Canada or the European Union may take longer. Depending on the product, production partner, destination, and whether production occurs locally or internationally, standard international transit can sometimes take approximately 10–30 business days after production.
- These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong product variation.
However, DRXP will work to resolve legitimate problems involving:
- damaged products;
- significant misprints;
- manufacturing defects;
- incorrect items;
- missing items;
- qualifying lost shipments; or
- another material fulfillment error.
Manufacturing claims should generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights for European Union customers, remain unaffected.
2. Where We Ship
DRXP currently ships qualifying products to customers in:
- United States
- Canada
- European Union
Product availability may vary by destination. A particular product may be unavailable in a certain country because of production-provider availability, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, product regulations, intellectual-property restrictions, or other operational limitations.
If we cannot fulfill an order to your destination after payment has been accepted, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected product.
3. How DRXP Orders Are Fulfilled
DRXP operates primarily using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. Instead of manufacturing large quantities of finished merchandise in advance, many products are produced after a customer places an order.
Once your order is accepted, order information is transmitted to an appropriate production provider. Depending on the product and destination, that provider may print, embroider, assemble, package, and ship the product directly to you.
- As a result, your package may ship directly from a production partner or another authorized fulfillment location rather than from a DRXP-owned warehouse.
- This does not change your relationship with DRXP.
- For purchases made directly through drxp.shop, customer-service requests should be sent to DRXP rather than directly to the production partner.
Production & shipping times
4. Production Time
Production time is the amount of time required to manufacture, print, inspect, and prepare your product for shipment.
Most orders are generally produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production. This is an estimate.
Production may take longer because of:
- high order volume;
- holiday demand;
- garment or product shortages;
- supplier delays;
- large orders;
- equipment problems;
- quality-control inspections;
- required reprints;
- production-location changes;
- or other circumstances.
A product that fails a production quality check may be reprinted before shipment. This may delay the order, but the purpose is to prevent a known defective product from being sent to you.
5. Production Time Is Separate From Shipping Time
Please remember:
Production time + carrier transit time = approximate total delivery time.
- For example, an order that takes four business days to manufacture and four business days in carrier transit may take approximately eight business days before delivery.
- Weekends and holidays may affect both production and carrier schedules.
- An estimated shipping speed such as “2–5 business days” generally refers to transit after production unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
6. Estimated Shipping Times
Actual transit times vary based on the product, production partner, shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. As a general reference:
United States
- Many standard domestic shipments may arrive approximately 2–5 business days after production.
- Certain economy methods may take approximately 4–8 business days after production.
- Remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, territories, military locations, and certain products may require additional time.
Canada
- Shipping times depend heavily on whether the product is produced in Canada, the United States, or another location.
- International standard shipments may sometimes require approximately 10–30 business days after production.
- Locally fulfilled products may arrive sooner.
European Union
- Where an appropriate European production partner is available, products may be manufactured and shipped regionally.
- Other products may be shipped internationally.
- Depending on the provider and product, international standard shipping may sometimes require approximately 10–30 business days after production.
These estimates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees
Estimated ship and delivery dates are provided for convenience. Unless DRXP expressly states that a particular service or date is guaranteed, shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Carrier delays can occur because of:
- weather;
- holidays;
- customs processing;
- labor disruptions;
- transportation problems;
- regional emergencies;
- carrier capacity;
- incorrect routing;
- international processing;
- or other circumstances outside DRXP's direct control.
However, where applicable law requires DRXP to provide a delay notice, cancellation option, refund, or other remedy because an order cannot be shipped within a promised timeframe, DRXP will provide that remedy.
8. U.S. Delayed Shipment Rights
- For U.S. customers, DRXP will comply with applicable federal requirements concerning promised shipment times.
- If we advertise or provide a specific shipment timeframe, we will maintain a reasonable basis for expecting that the order can be shipped within that timeframe.
- If no shipment timeframe is stated, applicable U.S. law may require shipment within a prescribed period.
- If we learn that we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we may provide you with a revised shipment estimate and an opportunity to either accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund as required by law.
Shipping details
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at cost. Before you pay, you choose your destination country in your cart and we ask our production partner what it will cost to ship that exact order there; that amount, and nothing on top of it, is what appears as shipping at checkout.
Shipping charges are generally calculated based on factors such as:
- product type;
- number of items;
- production partner;
- destination;
- shipping method;
- package size;
- package weight;
- and carrier rates.
- Your applicable shipping charge will normally be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- Shipping rates may change over time.
- A change in shipping rates does not retroactively change a completed order.
10. Shipping Carriers
- The carrier used for your order may vary.
- Production partners may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Asendia, Canada Post, regional carriers, or other delivery services.
- The specific carrier is often determined by the fulfillment provider based on destination, product, service level, and carrier availability.
- DRXP cannot always manually select a specific carrier at the customer's request.
11. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after your order has shipped. Tracking may be available through:
- your shipment-confirmation email;
- your DRXP account;
- the applicable carrier;
- or another order-tracking interface provided by DRXP.
- Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to become active after a shipping label is generated.
- A shipping label being created does not always mean the carrier has physically received the package yet.
12. Split Shipments
One DRXP order may contain products manufactured by different production partners or fulfillment locations. As a result, your order may:
- ship in more than one package;
- ship from different locations;
- have multiple tracking numbers;
- and arrive on different days.
A partial delivery does not necessarily mean another item is missing. Please review all available tracking information before reporting a missing product.
13. International Shipping
- International shipments may require additional transit time.
- They may also pass through customs or other governmental processing before delivery.
- Customs processing time is outside DRXP's direct control.
- DRXP cannot guarantee how quickly a customs authority will release a package.
14. Customs, Duties, VAT and Import Charges
- Depending on your destination and how a particular order is fulfilled, import taxes, customs duties, VAT, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other governmental charges may apply.
- Where these charges are collected during DRXP checkout, they will be handled according to the checkout terms.
- Where taxes or import charges are not collected by DRXP, the recipient may be responsible for amounts imposed by the destination country or carrier.
- DRXP does not control charges independently assessed by customs authorities.
15. International Address Information
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
- International deliveries may require additional information such as a recipient telephone number.
- Providing a valid telephone number can help carriers or customs authorities resolve delivery problems.
- DRXP may contact you if additional information is required before production or shipment can continue.
16. PO Boxes
- PO box availability depends on the destination, carrier, product, and production partner.
- U.S. PO boxes may be supported for certain products and shipping methods.
- PO box delivery outside the United States may be limited or unavailable.
- For international orders, we strongly recommend using a complete physical delivery address whenever possible.
- Certain expedited shipping methods may not support PO boxes.
17. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Before placing an order, please confirm your:
- name;
- street address;
- apartment or unit number;
- city;
- state, province, or region;
- postal or ZIP code;
- country;
- and telephone number where requested.
DRXP and its production providers rely on the information submitted by the customer.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information provided during checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Delivery problems
18. Address Changes
- If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact DRXP immediately.
- We will attempt to change the address if the order has not advanced too far into production or fulfillment.
- Address changes are not guaranteed.
- Once an order enters production or has been prepared for shipment, changing the address may no longer be possible.
- Changing the destination country after production has begun may not be possible.
19. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
A carrier may return a shipment because of:
- an incorrect address;
- incomplete address;
- unclaimed package;
- recipient refusal;
- failed delivery attempts;
- or another delivery problem.
- If the delivery failure was caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, a free replacement or refund may not be available.
- Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reproducing or reshipping the order.
- Because production partners manufacture products on demand, a returned package cannot always simply be forwarded again. A new production order may occasionally be required.
- Contact DRXP before taking further action.
20. Delivery Refusal
- Refusing delivery does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- If you intentionally refuse a correctly addressed and correctly fulfilled package without first arranging an authorized return with DRXP, the resulting shipping, return, or reproduction costs may be deducted from any discretionary refund where permitted by law.
- Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
21. Lost Packages
If tracking stops updating or your order appears to have been lost, please contact DRXP. You do not need to wait for the maximum lost-package period before contacting us.
We encourage customers to contact us promptly when a package is materially overdue. Because our primary fulfillment network has specific lost-package claim periods, please do not delay reporting a missing shipment.
For purposes of investigating a potentially lost shipment, DRXP may consider:
- tracking history;
- delivery address;
- carrier information;
- estimated delivery date;
- fulfillment location;
- and information provided by the carrier or production partner.
- For many U.S. and regional European shipments, a package that remains undelivered for approximately 30 calendar days may qualify for lost-package investigation.
- For certain international shipments, including many shipments to Canada or cross-border shipments, the relevant period may be approximately 45 calendar days.
- If your package reaches one of these periods without delivery, contact DRXP immediately.
22. Lost-Package Reporting Deadline
To preserve our ability to pursue a fulfillment or carrier claim, please report unresolved non-delivery promptly. As a general rule:
- U.S. and EU orders: contact DRXP no later than approximately 35 days after shipment if the package has still not arrived.
- Canada or other qualifying international shipments: contact DRXP no later than approximately 50 days after shipment if the package has still not arrived.
You should contact us earlier if the carrier's estimated delivery date has already passed substantially or tracking indicates a problem.
These reporting periods do not eliminate a longer mandatory claim period provided by applicable law.
23. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- your mailbox;
- front entrance;
- side or rear entrance;
- parcel locker;
- building reception;
- mailroom;
- household members;
- and other secure areas where the carrier may have left the package.
You may also wish to contact the carrier or local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact DRXP. We will review the situation and may coordinate an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
- A carrier's delivered scan does not automatically guarantee that a free replacement or refund will be approved. Cases are reviewed individually.
- DRXP generally cannot assume responsibility for theft occurring after a package was correctly delivered to the address supplied by the customer unless applicable law provides otherwise.
24. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged and the merchandise inside is also damaged, contact DRXP promptly. Please photograph:
- the shipping package;
- shipping label;
- damaged merchandise;
- and the affected area.
These photographs help us document the claim with our production or delivery partner. A confirmed shipping-damage claim may qualify for a:
- replacement;
- reprint;
- refund;
- or another appropriate remedy.
Returns & exchanges
25. Made-to-Order Return Policy
Most DRXP merchandise is manufactured specifically after an order is placed.
For customers who are not exercising a mandatory statutory return right, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges merely because:
- you changed your mind;
- you ordered the wrong size;
- you selected the wrong color;
- you selected the wrong product variation;
- you prefer a different design;
- or you no longer want a correctly manufactured product.
This policy allows DRXP to operate a made-to-order artist merchandise platform without maintaining large volumes of unused finished inventory.
26. Wrong Size Ordered
- Please review the size guide displayed for the applicable product before ordering.
- Sizing can differ between garment brands and products. Ordering your normal size in one garment does not guarantee that another garment uses identical measurements.
- If the product delivered matches the size you selected and its applicable manufacturing tolerances, ordering the wrong size generally does not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
- If DRXP sends a size different from the one you ordered, contact us. That is considered a fulfillment error.
27. Exchanges
- Because products are made to order, DRXP generally does not operate a traditional exchange program.
- If you want another size or variation because you selected the wrong option, you will normally need to place a new order.
- Where DRXP sent an incorrect or defective product, we will handle the issue under our defect and incorrect-item procedures rather than requiring you to purchase a replacement.
- Mandatory exchange or replacement rights provided by law remain unaffected.
Defects, misprints & wrong items
28. Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Products
DRXP stands behind legitimate manufacturing problems. If your product arrives:
- materially damaged;
- significantly misprinted;
- materially defective;
- with incorrect artwork;
- with a major printing failure;
- or otherwise materially different from the product ordered because of a production error,
contact DRXP within 30 days after delivery whenever reasonably possible. Please include photographs clearly showing the problem.
29. What May Qualify as a Production Defect
Examples may include:
- significant artwork displacement;
- missing portions of the intended design;
- incorrect artwork;
- major ink failure;
- incorrect embroidery;
- visible manufacturing damage;
- holes or tears present at delivery;
- incorrect garment or product;
- incorrect size compared with the confirmed order;
- incorrect product variation;
- or another significant production error.
DRXP will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate remedy subject to applicable law.
30. Normal Production Variations
Print-on-demand production includes reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences are not automatically defects.
Depending on the product and printing method, normal variations may include:
- small differences in artwork placement;
- minor dimensional deviations;
- minor differences in color;
- variations caused by fabric composition;
- minor differences between screen colors and printed colors;
- small stitching variations;
- or normal differences between garment batches.
For certain direct-to-garment printing processes, slight placement variation can be normal.
A variation becomes more likely to qualify for a remedy when it materially affects the appearance, function, quality, or conformity of the product.
31. Wrong Product Received
If we send you a product materially different from your confirmed order, contact us. Examples include:
- wrong artwork;
- wrong garment;
- wrong ordered size;
- wrong product type;
- wrong ordered variation;
- or another customer's product.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the item you received. A verified fulfillment error will be corrected at no additional product cost to you.
32. Missing Items
- Because an order may be divided into multiple shipments, first review all shipment confirmations and tracking numbers.
- If all expected shipments have been delivered and an item remains missing, contact DRXP.
- After verifying the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
33. How to Report a Product Problem
Contact: support@drxp.shop
Please include:
- your full name;
- order number;
- email address associated with the order;
- description of the problem;
- and clear photographs or video where applicable.
For physical defects, it is helpful to provide:
- one photograph showing the entire product;
- one or more close photographs showing the defect;
- a photograph of the size or product label where relevant;
- and photographs of damaged packaging when shipping damage occurred.
For multiple products affected by the same issue, we may request a photograph or video showing the affected products together.
34. You Usually Do Not Need to Return a Defective Product
- For many verified manufacturing defects or misprints, DRXP may be able to resolve the problem using photographic evidence.
- Do not automatically mail a defective product back to the address printed on the shipping package. That location may be a manufacturing facility that is not equipped to receive consumer returns.
- If we need the product returned, DRXP will provide return instructions.
- In some cases, we may tell you to keep, donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of the defective item.
35. Return Authorization
Always contact DRXP before mailing a return. Do not send merchandise to:
- an artist;
- a production partner;
- a carrier;
- or the return address on the original shipping label
unless DRXP specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be impossible to identify or recover.
Cancellations & changes
36. Order Cancellations
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
- Because orders can move into production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it.
- Once the production provider begins manufacturing the product, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Cancelling an order request through another interface does not necessarily mean that production has stopped unless DRXP confirms the cancellation.
- Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
37. Order Changes
Changes to an order are also time-sensitive. We may be able to change:
- size;
- variation;
- quantity;
- or delivery information
before production begins. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible. Contact DRXP immediately after discovering an error.
Refunds
38. Refund or Reprint for a Verified Problem
After reviewing a qualifying defect, misprint, shipping issue, incorrect product, or other fulfillment problem, DRXP may provide one of the following remedies:
- a free replacement;
- a reprint;
- a full refund;
- a partial refund;
- or another resolution appropriate to the circumstances.
Where applicable law requires a particular remedy, that law controls.
DRXP generally prefers to replace or reprint an item when doing so fully resolves the problem, but legitimate refund rights are not eliminated by this preference.
39. Replacement Production Times
- Replacement and reprint orders must generally go through the production process again.
- Therefore, the normal production and shipping timeframes may apply to a replacement.
- When a replacement ships, new tracking information may be provided.
40. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
- DRXP currently uses Stripe for many transactions.
- We generally cannot redirect a credit-card refund to another person's card, unrelated bank account, or different payment method merely upon request.
- If the original payment method cannot accept a refund, we will determine an appropriate alternative with the customer and payment processor.
41. Refund Timing
- Once DRXP initiates a Stripe refund, the banking system may require additional time to display it.
- Card refunds commonly take approximately 5–10 business days to appear after being initiated.
- In some cases, the original charge may disappear or be reversed rather than a separate refund appearing.
- Your bank or payment provider controls final posting time.
42. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be appropriate when:
- only part of an order is affected;
- one product in a multi-product order is unavailable;
- a customer accepts a partial refund for a minor issue;
- or another circumstance makes a partial refund appropriate.
We will not use a partial refund where mandatory law requires a full refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy.
43. Shipping Refunds
- Whether shipping charges are refunded depends on the reason for the refund.
- If DRXP cancels an entire order before shipment because we cannot fulfill it, applicable shipping charges associated with that order will also be refunded as required.
- Where a refund results from a valid defect, non-delivery, incorrect product, or other DRXP fulfillment problem, shipping charges will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.
- For a voluntary or statutory change-of-mind return, different rules may apply.
44. Customer-Caused Delivery Problems
If a package is lost, returned, or otherwise cannot be delivered solely because the customer provided:
- an incorrect address;
- an incomplete address;
- an invalid postal code;
- an incorrect recipient name;
- or another material delivery error,
DRXP may require payment for a replacement product and/or new shipping charge before resending it.
Where a production or shipping provider offers DRXP a partial refund for such an order, DRXP may take that into account when determining a reasonable customer resolution.
This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
EU & Canadian customers
45. EU Consumers — 14-Day Withdrawal Right
- Consumers located in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Where this right applies, you must notify DRXP within the applicable withdrawal period. You generally then have the period required by applicable law to return the goods.
- Unless DRXP agrees to pay return costs or applicable law requires us to do so, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of a voluntary statutory return where the customer was properly informed beforehand.
- Where required by law, DRXP will refund qualifying payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered.
- Additional delivery costs created because a customer selected an upgraded shipping service may not be refundable where legally permitted.
46. Made-to-Order Does Not Automatically Mean Personalized in the EU
DRXP produces many ordinary catalog products after an order is received. That fact alone does not necessarily mean every DRXP product qualifies as a personalized or custom-made product under European consumer law.
Where an ordinary DRXP design is offered to all customers and the customer simply selects a normal product option such as size or available color, we will not rely solely on print-on-demand production to characterize the product as personalized.
47. Genuinely Personalized Products
Where DRXP offers a product genuinely customized to a customer's individual specifications—for example:
- customer-supplied artwork;
- personal names;
- custom text;
- custom photographs;
- individual personalization;
- or another customer-specific design—
the European statutory exception applicable to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized may apply. We will apply this exception only where legally appropriate.
48. EU Defective-Goods Rights
- EU change-of-mind rights are separate from rights concerning defective or non-conforming merchandise.
- Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory European legal guarantees.
- Where applicable law requires DRXP to repair, replace, reduce the price of, or refund a faulty product, we will provide the legally required remedy.
49. Canadian Customers
- Canadian customers are covered by this Policy together with mandatory federal, provincial, or territorial consumer-protection rights applicable to the transaction.
- Consumer rights can vary between provinces and territories.
- Nothing in this Policy waives rights that applicable Canadian law does not allow a seller to waive.
Other terms & contact
50. Marketplace Orders
This Policy primarily governs orders placed directly through drxp.shop. DRXP products may also be offered through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other authorized sales channels.
A marketplace may impose its own mandatory:
- return periods;
- refund procedures;
- buyer-protection rules;
- cancellation rights;
- dispute processes;
- or shipping requirements.
For purchases made through a third-party marketplace, the applicable marketplace policies may supplement or override portions of this Policy where required by that marketplace or applicable law.
Customers should generally initiate marketplace-specific claims through the platform where they placed the order.
51. Sale and Promotional Merchandise
Purchasing a product during a sale, artist drop, discount, promotional event, or with a coupon does not eliminate rights concerning:
- defective products;
- incorrect products;
- non-delivery;
- or another issue protected by applicable law.
Discounted made-to-order merchandise remains subject to our normal non-defective return rules unless otherwise stated.
52. Limited Artist Drops
- Some DRXP products are sold as limited artist collaborations or limited-time drops.
- A replacement may not always be available after a limited run has ended.
- If a legitimate claim qualifies for a replacement but the original product can no longer reasonably be produced, DRXP may provide a refund or another appropriate remedy.
- We will not substitute materially different artwork without your approval.
53. Gift Cards and Store Credit
- If DRXP introduces gift cards or store credit, additional terms may apply.
- Promotional credits generally have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.
- Purchasing with a gift card or store credit does not remove a customer's legitimate rights concerning defective merchandise.
54. Refund and Return Fraud
DRXP may investigate suspected abuse of this Policy. Examples include:
- falsified photographs;
- intentionally damaged merchandise;
- false non-delivery claims;
- returning a different product;
- claiming multiple refunds for the same loss;
- fraudulent payment disputes;
- or manipulating a transaction to obtain merchandise without paying for it.
We may reject fraudulent claims and restrict accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse. Nothing in this section permits DRXP to deny legitimate statutory consumer rights.
55. Chargebacks
- If you experience a problem with an order, we strongly encourage you to contact DRXP first. We want the opportunity to correct legitimate issues.
- Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising lawful dispute rights provided by your bank, payment network, Stripe, or applicable law.
- Knowingly seeking both a merchant refund and a duplicate chargeback for the same amount may constitute payment abuse.
56. Force Majeure and Major Shipping Disruptions
Some shipping disruptions are outside DRXP's reasonable control. These can include:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- war;
- civil unrest;
- government restrictions;
- customs shutdowns;
- carrier interruptions;
- cyberattacks;
- labor strikes;
- pandemics;
- transportation shutdowns;
- or other major events.
We will work reasonably to communicate material delays and resolve affected orders.
This section does not eliminate refund, cancellation, notification, or other rights that applicable law requires DRXP to provide.
57. Customer Service Is Through DRXP
Even if your package or product identifies a production partner or other fulfillment company, customers who purchased directly from drxp.shop should contact support@drxp.shop.
- DRXP will communicate with our fulfillment provider on your behalf where necessary.
- You do not need to hold an account with any of our production partners or negotiate with them to resolve a DRXP order.
58. How to Contact Us About an Order
When contacting support, please include:
- Order Number:
- Name:
- Order Email:
- Issue:
- Photographs or Video, if applicable:
Send requests to: support@drxp.shop
Providing complete information can significantly speed up the review process.
59. Relationship to Our Terms of Service
This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of the terms governing purchases from DRXP.SHOP. Our Terms of Service govern the overall transaction.
This Policy provides more specific rules concerning:
- production;
- shipping;
- delivery;
- returns;
- reprints;
- replacements;
- and refunds.
If these documents conflict concerning one of those subjects, this more specific Policy controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
60. Changes to This Policy
- DRXP may update this Policy as our business, production partners, shipping carriers, products, fulfillment network, markets, or legal obligations change.
- The date at the top of this Policy identifies the current version.
- An order will generally remain subject to the policy terms presented or effective when the order was placed, except where a later change provides greater customer protection or is required by applicable law.
