Copyright (DMCA) Policy

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

DRXP.SHOP respects the rights of artists, creators and other rights holders, and expects the people who sell and buy here to do the same. This policy explains how to tell us about a copyright infringement, and what happens next. It follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Send notices of claimed infringement to:

EP Portfolio, LLC, doing business as DRXP.SHOP
6001 Reims Rd.
Houston, TX 77036
Email: support@drxp.shop (put “DMCA notice” in the subject line)

Sending a notice

A notice must be in writing and include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the rights holder or a person authorized to act for them.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. Where the material is on DRXP.SHOP: the web address (URL) of the product, profile or page.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for them.

Please be sure before you send one. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

What we do

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have permission to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the address above. It must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. What was removed, and where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where DRXP.SHOP can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We forward a counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we received the counter-notice.
