Last Updated: September 14, 2026

DRXP.shop (“DRXP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our customers, visitors, artists, content creators, applicants, and other members of our community.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the rights and choices available to you.

DRXP.shop is operated by EP Portfolio, LLC., located at 6001 Reims Rd. Houston, TX 77036.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through drxp.shop, our online store, artist and creator programs, applications, accounts, communications, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with DRXP.shop.

Customer and Account Information

When you browse our store, create an account, place an order, contact us, join a mailing list, or otherwise use our services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account username, account preferences, order history, transaction details, customer service communications, and other information you choose to provide.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors on our behalf. Depending on the payment method used, these providers may collect payment card information, billing information, or other financial details. DRXP.shop does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers when those payments are handled directly by a payment processor.

Artist, Content Creator, and Program Information

DRXP.shop operates or may operate programs allowing artists, designers, content creators, and other approved participants to create profiles, submit artwork, promote products, and earn royalties or other compensation.

If you apply for or participate in one of these programs, we may collect additional information including your legal or professional name, display name, email address, contact information, username, biography, profile image, logo, website, portfolio information, social media usernames and profile URLs, creator or artist category, artwork and design uploads, artwork titles and descriptions, product submissions, application information, account status, communications with our team, royalty information, sales records, payout records, and other information needed to create and manage your creator profile.

Where necessary for payments, tax reporting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, we or an authorized payout provider may also request financial, tax, or identity information.

We collect this information to evaluate creator applications, establish and maintain creator accounts and profiles, display approved public profile information, manufacture creator products, calculate royalties, process payouts, communicate with creators, prevent abuse, and administer the DRXP artist and creator program.

Public Creator Profiles

Certain information provided by an approved artist or creator may be intentionally made public as part of their DRXP.shop profile.

This may include a display name, biography, profile image, logo, approved artwork, artist branding, social media links, website links, product collections, or other information the creator has agreed to make publicly available.

Information intended for internal administration, payment processing, tax reporting, account security, or private communications will not be intentionally displayed on a public creator profile.

Creators should only provide social media accounts, artwork, photographs, and other content that they have the authority to provide and publish.

Intellectual property ownership, artwork licenses, royalty arrangements, and merchandising rights are governed separately by the DRXP.SHOP Partner Agreement or other agreement between DRXP.shop and the creator.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically by our website, hosting provider, security services, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

This information may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, session activity, shopping cart activity, cookie identifiers, timestamps, and technical information used to operate and secure the website.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

DRXP.shop and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, maintain shopping carts and account sessions, remember preferences, prevent fraud, understand website performance, and improve the customer experience.

Some cookies are necessary for the operation of the website.

Where we use non-essential analytics, advertising, personalization, or similar technologies, we will provide consent or privacy controls where required by applicable law.

You may also be able to manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may prevent some portions of the website or checkout process from functioning correctly.

Additional information may be provided through a separate Cookie Policy or cookie preference center.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to provide and operate DRXP.shop; process purchases, payments, shipments, returns, refunds, and customer requests; establish and maintain customer and creator accounts; create and display approved creator profiles; review artist and creator applications; process artwork and merchandise submissions; manufacture and fulfill products; calculate creator royalties and payments; communicate about accounts, orders, applications, products, and services; provide customer and creator support; maintain website security; detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of our terms; maintain business and accounting records; comply with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements; improve our website and services; understand website usage and performance; send marketing communications when permitted; protect our legal rights; and perform other purposes disclosed to you when information is collected.

We do not use personal information for purposes that are materially incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless permitted by law or we obtain any additional consent required by law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), we process personal data under one or more lawful bases provided by applicable data protection law.

Contractual necessity. We process information when necessary to provide products or services you request, complete purchases, fulfill orders, maintain accounts, administer creator relationships, calculate royalties, or take steps requested by you before entering into an agreement.

Legal obligations. We may process information when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, fraud prevention, regulatory, or other legal requirements.

Legitimate interests. We may process information where necessary for legitimate business purposes such as protecting our website, preventing fraud, providing customer service, maintaining our operations, improving our services, and protecting our legal rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Consent. We may rely on your consent for activities such as certain marketing communications, non-essential cookies, or optional uses of information where consent is required. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

5. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell customer or creator personal information.

We do not rent or trade personal information to data brokers or other third parties for their independent use.

We may disclose information to companies that perform services for DRXP.shop when reasonably necessary to operate our business.

These providers may include website hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, email and communications providers, customer-service platforms, accounting providers, analytics providers, security providers, professional advisers, and product manufacturing and fulfillment providers.

For products manufactured or fulfilled through print-on-demand services, information necessary to produce and deliver an order may be provided to our production and fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, as applicable. This may include shipping details, order information, and artwork required to manufacture the purchased product.

Service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary for the services they provide to us, subject to their contractual obligations and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, protect DRXP.shop or others from harm, establish or defend legal claims, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

6. No Sale of Personal Information

DRXP.shop does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

We also do not intend to disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner considered a “share” under the California Consumer Privacy Act unless we provide the legally required notice and privacy choices.

Certain advertising or analytics technologies can be classified as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. If DRXP.shop adopts technologies that create those obligations, we will provide the required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

7. Marketing Communications

If you sign up to receive promotional email, product-drop notifications, creator announcements, discounts, or other marketing communications, we may use the information you provide to send those communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the message or contacting us.

Transactional messages concerning orders, payments, security, account activity, creator applications, royalty information, or other service-related matters are not marketing communications and may continue when necessary to provide our services.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information involved.

Order, payment, transaction, accounting, and tax-related records may be retained for the period required by applicable financial and tax laws.

Customer account information may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for customer service, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.

Creator information may be retained while the creator participates in our program and afterward when reasonably necessary to maintain royalty records, payment history, licensing records, tax records, intellectual property records, dispute records, or other contractual and legal obligations.

Marketing information is generally retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent where applicable, or the information is no longer reasonably needed.

When personal information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

DRXP.shop serves customers and creators in multiple countries, including the United States, Canada, and countries within the European Union.

Your information may therefore be processed in a country other than the country in which you live, including the United States and locations where our service providers, manufacturers, payment providers, or fulfillment partners operate.

Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal data, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy determination, contractual safeguards, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism, as appropriate.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss.

Access to personal information should be limited to persons and service providers that reasonably require the information to perform their responsibilities.

However, no website, electronic transmission, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should contact us if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

If a data security incident occurs, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate, and provide notifications where required by applicable law.
